Product Introduction

Aripiprazole 10mg is an atypical antipsychotic used for conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, irritability associated with autism, Tourette disorder, and as add-on treatment for depression when prescribed. It is a dopamine D2 and serotonin receptor modulator, so it can reduce psychotic symptoms, mood instability, agitation, and relapse risk without working like a sedative alone. Important risks include akathisia, restlessness, insomnia, sleepiness, nausea, weight or sugar changes, cholesterol changes, tremor, extrapyramidal symptoms, impulse-control problems, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, tardive dyskinesia, low blood pressure, seizures, and suicidal thoughts in vulnerable patients.

How to use

Take Aripiprazole 10mg once daily as prescribed. It may be taken with or without food. Do not stop or change the dose suddenly. A prescriber should guide any dose reduction or switch.
