Product Introduction
Ketorolac Tromethamine Dispersible 10mg is a strong non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used for short-term management of moderate to severe acute pain for ketorolac treatment. It is not meant for minor aches, chronic pain, arthritis maintenance, or long-term self-medication. Ketorolac has opioid-level analgesic intent in selected acute pain situations, but it does not contain an opioid and does not treat the cause of pain.
How to use
Use Ketorolac Tromethamine Dispersible 10mg only for the prescribed short course. Take dispersible tablets exactly as directed. Avoid alcohol, dehydration, and other NSAIDs unless the prescriber specifically approves them.
How it works
Ketorolac inhibits COX enzymes and reduces prostaglandins that drive pain and inflammation.
Common side effects
Possible effects include stomach pain, nausea, indigestion, dizziness, headache, swelling, raised blood pressure, and drowsiness. Serious risks include stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney injury, severe allergic reaction, bronchospasm, cardiovascular events, and bleeding complications.
Important information
Review ulcer or bleeding history, kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma with NSAIDs, dehydration, pregnancy, breastfeeding, recent surgery, anticoagulants, antiplatelets, steroids, SSRIs/SNRIs, ACE inhibitors, ARBs, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate, and other NSAIDs.
Uses
Short-term treatment of moderate to severe acute pain when ketorolac therapy is prescribed.
Benefits
Provides strong short-course pain relief without opioid ingredients when the NSAID risk profile is acceptable.

Why is ketorolac limited to short use?
