Bulk pharmaceutical sourcing from India, with precise product specifications, pack quantities, commercial quotation review and destination-document coordination.
Share the exact product, your role and destination so availability, prescription or licence requirements, and supporting documents can be reviewed together.
Prepare one clear product list
For each line, include the generic or brand name, every ingredient strength, dosage form, manufacturer preference and destination country. Identify modified-release products, injections and combination medicines precisely. State whether an alternative brand may be considered; do not assume products with similar names are interchangeable.
Separate packs from individual units
State both the number of packs and the contents of each pack. For example, 10 boxes of 100 tablets means 1,000 tablets, not 10 tablets. For vials, ampoules, tubes or bottles, include the strength or concentration and container volume where relevant.
Review the quotation basis
Ask which currency and pack unit the price uses, what quantity is available, and whether freight, insurance, destination charges or taxes are included. Confirm quotation validity and any product-specific minimum quantity rather than assuming a website-wide minimum.
Agree product and document requirements
Before confirming, specify required remaining shelf life, manufacturer restrictions, batch-document requests, label language and any importer permits or product authorisations. Availability of a document or a particular batch must be confirmed for the actual order.
Give both values: the number of packs and the units in each pack. This lets the quotation identify the exact presentation and total quantity without confusing boxes, strips, tablets or containers.
Is there one minimum order quantity for every medicine?
No single minimum is promised for the whole catalogue. Ask about the exact product, pack and quantity required, and confirm availability and any minimum in the quotation.
