How cancellations are reviewed before processing, shipment, or dispatch.

Customer Satisfaction

GME makes every effort to process orders accurately and deliver products within the expected timeframe. Certain situations may still require cancellation by the customer or by the company.

Product Availability

An order may be cancelled if a product is unavailable, temporarily In Stock, discontinued, restricted, or cannot be supplied in the required quantity.

Customer Requested Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or shipped. Once the order enters the shipping process, cancellation may not be possible.

Payment Related Issues

Orders may be cancelled if payment is not completed, authorization fails, or required payment confirmation is not received within the required timeframe.
